Over the last few months, I have been asked over and over again, isn't this market killing you?  My answer is decidedly NO!  This market is great!  Lots of inventory, no more crazy bidding wars and a reasonable amount of time to purchase a home.  Even if you are a Seller, you no longer feel like you are jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.  It takes a little adjustment to realize that you can't expect to sell your house in a matter of hours, but in the long run, sanity is always the best route.
